QUOTE(blackorange @ Mar 27 2011, 08:37 AM) my lx3 got problem... » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « it got this i dont know what ppl call this, but this black thing is persistent in every photo. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Same like my Canon Ixus 850IS. I sent back to Canon service center and was quoted RM450 to replace the lens coz it was fungus inside the lens. Does your black dot become smaller but more clear when you zoom?? Sucks man when this happens to your cam.

Exactly 100% same like my Canon 850IS. Haha... According to Canon, if my camera was under warranty they would fix it for sure. But seeing that my cam is about 5 years old oredi, I have to pay for the repairs. Hence I bought a new one coz the repair bill does not justify it's worth. I suggest you bring back to Panasonic and get them to fix it under warranty terms. Panasonic CS super good one. They swapped my plasma TV last time, 1 to 1 exchange no questions asked. Good luck...

QUOTE(GearX_SaM @ Feb 23 2011, 03:02 AM) New user for LX3 here ^^ Just got a second hand from one of the forumer here and the camera still looks new. A question here, anyone know where can I get Ricoh LC-1 Cap? just got it from shashinki.. JJC instead of Ricoh. JJC one has thread where you can screw on instead of force on (Ricoh).

Oh... recently just discover my LX3 did something weird, never realised it before going to Bali...
Anyone encounter this before? (See the pics) There is a line across the picture... appeared on many pics, but somehow a few dont have. Possible scratch or just lens misalignment?
Will ask my sister to bring it to check since she work in Panasonic. See whether can get discount if needed repairs. Just expired on Feb this year... sigh...
