Yeah, but superpump is kind of dodgy, the creatine content volume is 'Patent pending' and some ppl in the bb.com claim it only has less than 1g of creatine perserving lol. nope, but I did get some CEE.

CEE .... i read it from tmuscle, claim to be very acidic and taste bad but do help in creatine digestion.
