that day i have saw somethinng like Epoxy Flake Coating at home expo. The said that is able to do coating on the existing bathroom without any cracking and it will waterproof ? Is the true and you guys have doing the same ?

Hi, may i know what is the option and pricing to coat the outdoor balcony area of roughly 20 x 20 sqrt ft?
Can the coating stand under direct sunshine? and can it provide water proofing as current believe there is water leaking to the room underneath the balcony.
