Well, we do have PU Sport court system which is newly imported and recently we just done it at HUKM. It is polyurethane rubberise feels flooring system. Price is around R<15.50/ft2 for full system which is PU sport court top coated the moisture barrier system.

We do have glossy type Epoxy System, Matte type PU system and rubberise type PU sport court. Also, the cheapest type will be the coating or painting 2 layers on primer layer.

From the picture it's looked like glossy type Epoxy Self levelling Flooring system. For SL itself the cost will be around RM6.50 to 8/ft2 depend on existing floor condition.

If you found your coating is forever in sticky condition, it may due to the wrong ratio mixing between the epoxy and hardener.

122.5m2 of warehouse flooring you can do either epoxy SL topciated moisture barrier system at RM9.50/ft2 or Epoxy Coating Top coated moisture barrier system at RM7/ft2. Both charge RM800 mobilization cost at RM800 for local job.

Ok, fine. Epoxy coating or Epoxy Self-levelling top coat is formed by a very tight polymer cross-linking fiber like and therefore it is very good for water and oil resistance. Yet, by the mean while the under ground pressure may causing the moisture below raise up eventually and cause the coating or SL "pop' up and broken or peeling off easily. That's the reason why you can alway see those people who simple buy few pails of epoxy paint and paint themselves at their ship floor and end up peeling off seriously.

This is the reason why we apply the moisture barrier system before we casting either epoxy coating or any high end top coat.
