Epoxy and PU works perfectly on concrete, but sometime can apply on platform but need to do more surface preparation.

You can apply PU flooring system which last under hot sun... Please call me to make appointment to let me take a look on ur site therefore i can consult you. You can even apply those car park system like in tropicana city mall, the curve or leisure mall..

It's depend of what type of epoxy or PU u going to apply. Please bare in mind as epoxy and PU is much more high end products if compare to tiling. Coz of the chemical resistance, oil and water resistance, seamless and jointless, tough and not brittle, many more advantages..

May I know what nature of business is your place going to do? Different areas require different flooring product at different price. Also, I need to know the size of quantity. FYI, the larger the size of quantity, the cheaper the unit price gonna be.

Hi, thanks for ur enquiry. May I know which product are u looking for? Epoxy or PU? Glossy or matte finishing? Paint coating only or full heavy duty system?

Yes, if the tiles condition is not too bad then it is possible to do the epoxy/pu without hacking it. May be u can send me a pic to let me have a more clear understanding.

For those less than 500ft2 we will count as lump sum job. Your size PU MF 3mm thick RM1500 for local job.

5 liter per set and expected less than 20 sets will do, for 2 layers at least.

Depend on which type of system? There's cementitious type water proofing layer which to apply under tiling. And PU MF or Epoxy SL above tiling without hack.
