hi bro, I stay in condo & the unit is more than 5 years old.
The balcony start to have water leakage at the corner joint, does the Etepox Solution works to water proof & gives a fresh look? Can just apply on top of the existing tile without hacking? How much would it cost? TQ |

Yes, if the tiles condition is not too bad then it is possible to do the epoxy/pu without hacking it. May be u can send me a pic to let me have a more clear understanding.

For those less than 500ft2 we will count as lump sum job. Your size PU MF 3mm thick RM1500 for local job.

Depend on which type of system? There's cementitious type water proofing layer which to apply under tiling. And PU MF or Epoxy SL above tiling without hack.
