QUOTE(zellleonhart @ Jun 5 2010, 02:22 AM) Last time when canon mugs were released at first no local seller, all ordered overseas and it was expensive. Now someone's selling at garagesales for just RM50. agree2.. will buy once local seller get it.. wondering what my boss will say at office later on.. So we should wait for someone to do the bulk... Cuz none of us know where to get the stock with cheap price too. I hope someone can get for us ^^ the 2470 is so cool and looks so real! QUOTE(celciuz @ Jun 5 2010, 08:36 AM) Wah, nice mugs! Last time was the Canon's now the Nikon's version this one stil pricey.. 100+ MYR.. and stil in bidding.. hopefully local seller can get bulk in much cheaper price.. |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Jun 7 2010, 10:36 AM) Use single point AF, focus at the eyes. That is the proper focus for a portraiture shot. Unless you're trying to emphasize on something else maybe then diff story. take note that.. btw..use a single point.. then need to use autolock function to recompose back before snap rite..so did u use either AE-L/AF-L only..or u use both.. thanks in advance!~ |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Jun 7 2010, 11:00 AM) Focus on the eyes (half press on shutter), recompose and shoot. I usually use the nearest AF point when recomposing. When really no choice then I use middle point and recompose (sometimes cannot focus with the other points as only they aren't cross sensors now i know why 51AF is a much attraction for us to upgrade.. btw.. btw..in single point AF.. the point of focus is actually where? i notice..it only at the lowest point in my viewfinder.. or the point we change to what we like? sorry..noob question.. |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Jun 7 2010, 11:13 AM) That 51AF point got 15 cross sensors inside. D90 only has one in middle. In single AF mode, you can change the point using the directional button. many many thanks!~ i tried once before to change the point use directional button..but didnt noticeany effect on the focus point.. will try again later.. just want to confirm.. btw..anyone tried picture patching like in latest DCM? cool.. |

QUOTE(gnome @ Jun 8 2010, 04:55 PM) Before i bought my nikon 24-85mm lens, i tried sigma and tamron lens first and then only the nikon. Didnt get the 3rd party ones because im not confident with its built quality. The tamron lens i tried had a front focus issue too give and take that we have to bear when bought similar product at a cheaper price.. |
