When you purchased any computer hardware from Any Computer Store. remember to keep the receipt and ask how long the Warranty Covered.
Example Leadtek comes with 3 Years Warranty and normally the shop will cover 1 year warranty.
All shops doesn't cover Full Years Warranty like Ideal Tech.

If you have problem to claim warranty from the PC shops with reasons like:
1. Your receipt lost, so the shops not accept your warranty claim. (Ideal Tech customers already in our customers database and can trace the warranty from warranty sticker)
2. sellers doesn't cover warranty after 1 year. (Ideal Tech Customers all entitled for full years warranty)
3. sellers not response to your warranty inquiry. (Ideal Tech never ignore our customers)
4. Lost contact with sellers (especially those who like to purchase from Forum Lowyat or any other fb group). (Ideal Tech customers can easily contact us by Phone/walk in/FB messasg/Web Chat/Forum PM/Emails)
5. Shops closed, no more "after sales". (Ideal Tech established since 2007)
6. Stay too far, and not convenience back to the shops (eh, Ideal Tech has free pickup service for our own customers).

Hi zhen^wei,

I have a Seagate Momentus 5400.4 250GB HDD. It is 2.5". I checked its warranty from Seagate website, still got warranty until 2013. This HDD is taken out from external enclosure. Where should I meet you? What's your price for the service? I have no proper things to pack the HDD (static bag & small box), nor have time to find one, due to my final year project. Even have no time to go to Subang to RMA it myself.

How & Where to RMA my at sapphire 4870?

need a real help here.. because i just buy a sapphire 4870 gc from a forumer.. didnt have a resit.. i talk to the forumer, he said just go to a Sapphire distributor n no need any resit.. and he said that GC have 3 years warranty..

i have a Seagate 250GB harddisk warranty expiring on 28-Oct-2011 . This one is a Certified Repaired HDD. Can detect but then cannot format / cannot create partition/ damn hard to mount the hdd. Still can claim warranty?

also another Seagate 500GB Expiration 09-Feb-2012 . Totally cannot detect at all

i want to rma my hard disk... the hard disk some time can be recognized and some time not.... most of the time is not recognized.... i ran the manufacturing utilities to scan the hdd and got error...

my friend bought a 1 tb WD elements SE external hd that stopped working about 4-5 months ago. He said it was working fine but then transferring data got extremely slow (hours to transfer a small file). The device hadn't been dropped or anything. then, it won't even open (can't access at all, freezes explorer when you just click on my computer)

bought from lowyat (Aver Awards Sdn Bhd) on 3/10/11. friend says they told him to go send to the factory in pj. still have box and receipt.

can you help?

It suppose to cover 7 years warranty. I bought it in December 2010. Still got the receipt and box. Can help he RMA? How much u cost for this?

i have 1 msi p67-c45 mobo... and i claim warranty before so now the mobo is RMA unit and now the RMA mobo is break down.


so i wonder know about:

-normally msi provide how long warranty for the motherboard?
-if i claim before the warranty can i claim again? (within Warranty years)
-The Mobo code and the receipt was not same izzit claimable? (because RMA unit they din change the code for me)
-normally u charge how much for this kind of case?

i got 1 seagate 750gb internal hdd that have bad sector i think, cos it will heat up whenever i used it.. also sometime it cannot read... can u help me to sent rma to seagate?

my pc suddenly got problem lately.

a few of the problems i notice is.

sometimes i on pc no display but lights and fan sounds like all running well.
force shut, give a few bumps den on back to have display again.

2nd problem: during usage. just a slight bumb to the case willl freeze my computer followed by auto restart

3rd problem: during gaming. suddenly the sound will stuck (tek tek tek tek_) screen freezes about 1 min later. either bsod or resume back normal.

4th problem now: everytime start computer.. it will say : Error no hard disk detected.. but den still manage to load into window =.=


i have a feeling i need to replace alot faulty parts.
please advise a solution.

Asrock Z77-e ITX, one of the solid capacitor connector was broken(beneath mobo). Still under warranty I think but that will be from Asrock Australia and I don't have the receipt. How much would you charge for everything (repair + postage etc)?

I have the Leadtek GTX 560 brought on C-zone. Receipt included including RMA receipt.
Problem is I had send my gc, 2 times, 1st time I received new rma gc, but few month back, the gc start to artifact. I send 2nd time, also same , artifact. I had been received same gc and they not replaceing with new one.

So my gc can be rma to you?

OEM hdd warraty is based on the branded pc/ laptop. u need to send to claim warranty with the laptop/pc. and the warranty life is depends on the pc/laptop brand.

hi!

i have a zotax gtx760 amp edition. its starting to die as lately
it has yellow bars during boot sequence or doesnt boot at all.
supposedly i have 5 years international warranty.
but i don't have the receipt. also after i pay 150 for the RMA service.
Will i definitely get it fixed?

I have contacted Cyntrix Technologies, these guys are amazingly fast and very helpful.
They got back to me around 1am asking for my serial no. and then just now around 4pm
he said it would be possible and they would handle the warranty claim with ZOTAC directly,
I didnt even buy the card from these guys and i dont have the receipt. But they were so helpful.
I am sending in the card to them tomorrow.

The card suddenly wont power up when trying to boot up PC.

I been successfully RMA my GC from here last time, hopefully this time can as well.Thanks.

if it is from idealtech, please bring the processor and receipt to our shop to get a new replacement on the spot.

if u bought from other shop, and u still got the receipt, just go back to the shop where u bought from to get the after sales service.

Hi bro, I bought my Leadtek GTX970 from other shop (Vxxxnet) and still have the receipt since Dec2014. Think no more official warranty already. The GC fan is not working now.
How much is your charges to send this for repair?

Hello, I have 1 seasonic x-series 650watt psu need to claim warranty. Don't remember where and when I bought. Hahaha. But manufacturing date is 03/2016. Have 7 years warranty. Can let me know the charges and availability? Thank you.
