How & Where to RMA my at sapphire 4870?

need a real help here.. because i just buy a sapphire 4870 gc from a forumer.. didnt have a resit.. i talk to the forumer, he said just go to a Sapphire distributor n no need any resit.. and he said that GC have 3 years warranty..

can sifus or someone here tells me how and where (around Selangor and KL area) to RMA my GC? HELPPP!! cry.gif cry.gif icon_question.gif

# problem of my GC is when start the PC, the monitor didnt show anything... black screen from the start.. but the fan quite fast run.. even try on other mobo oso like that.. tats why i think i need to send it to RMA.. cry.gif icon_question.gif
