I heard that one of the condition Jusco approved to set up there is that it has to widen the road and improve the surrounding traffic there... same like the Tesco rawang...

I also get 80% offer from HL initially but after appeal i get 90%... so i think u should have big chance of appeal success also... provide them ur financial doc like FD, share, fund etc to support ur appeal...
