Thanks for the pics!!! I just wondering how you went in to the site...from the sales office route or from emerald east bridge? I went there laste weekend but did not manage to go in to the site from sales office cos the road is closed for car....u walk in there? hmm.gif

Hey, I believe Kota Emerald is not in the Guocoland nor HongBeeland township. You can check at iproperty for the price...

I believe it will be connected to Emerald West entrance along the SRJK school. Only issue is that constructions lorries will be using that road for Garden Residence development. It will be a short connecting road between the SRJK and Coris. I also found that Coris and Coral will use the same entrance through the same guard house. Anyone can confirm...

Sure there is a price to pay for what you get....Not everyone has the budget for EG. If Cassis has the problem of Chicken farm, it might affect Corris & coral too...so it is not fair to say that cassis not preferred. But now you cant get the price when it is first launch. How bout the access to Coral? Are we suppose to go from Emerald East or the road from emerald west from the Chinese School?
