So far no update.....just heard about the Cassis. But alot of cassis buyer wanna buy coral And got call from sales office to get the letter to claim the LCD TV.

After being informed by the lawyer that i can claim the TV from developer, I went to the sales office asking them. Then 1 week later they call me that the letter is ready. Maybe they only prepare when u chase for it...

CASSIS is launching this weekend....

no la....just hope it sells well so all the property there value increase...from newspaper min is 500k....haha

I hope the news of shifting the chicken farm is true... It will be good for the neighborhood!!!

I guess there is no new phase in the East... As in the West, there are alot of upcoming projects coming in. Jusco and the Chinese school is at the West side. Maybe you should visit them..

I just went to Jusco Rawang yesterday and it feels great seeing almost all shops are open except a few & TGV. The crowd was tremendous and you hardly get a parking at the ground open area. Hope to see more development nearby as anggun city will be launch soon. So we just need to wait and see how anggun + emerald affects Rawang to be part like Puchong or Damansara...Cheersss and Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!!!

I believe it has reach to the roof for phase 1 or 2, and other phases they are doing roofing....I think they bill later than what they have completed...

seriously Cassis selling at 488k? Which phase isit now? Remember it was selling 410k early last year....Whats the price for the superlink new house? Really hope it will be a nice neighborhood there!!!
