was looking both, they having similar build. up floor no corridor, no rest area.. straight to room.. and ground floor toilet seat in middle of house plan between room and kitchen. to enlarge kitchen area, need to invest much..

you not choosing additional land at back area? 12' feet? or not having any plan?
