The Rise is a zero lot bungalow, Fields of Gold a 4 storey superlink (with pool & lift)
Both will cost you an arm and a leg and

A clubhouse with swimming pool is common nowadays. However having your own plunge pool, is a class above.
I was told that the plunge pool also come with swim jet.
Last i went there a couple of months ago, sales is >85% sold. Not sure if it is sticker game.

some of the units have the low cost flats next door as part of the view ..

the concept is very unique indeed ...the master bedroom high windows are nice but if you wanna stay in such
houses, must have maids ..keeping those windows clean and all is no easy task

I guess those who can afford this property should not have problem hiring maids. There will be additional monthly charges for private pool and lift maintenance. All in you would need to fork out close to RM1k for monthly maintenance.

It's more like a tar road, very cost saving Sidewalk/jogging track should higher than the bicycle lane, buffer should add between the bicycle lane and jogging track. Bicycle ideal width at least 2.0meters, buffer plus jogging track at least 3.6meters.
