I think to avoid jam entering Cheras Batu 11/Balakong, it is worth to pay the extra RM1/- toll. Anyway all my petrol and toll expenses are paid by Company don't feel the heat yet.

If not forget , Lastime heard under the agreement concessionaire has rights to increase the toll rate every 4 years but if cabinets not approve then government have to pay compensate to toll operator

After the tunnel in twin palm establish, I think hardly Silk will allow you to do so as well..

Yes, red line is flyover. Green line should be quite easy to build, but have to alter the current slip road from semenyih.

As long as someone compensate SILK, don't think this is an issue.

from SILK highway (semenyih to sg long direction), we will exit a one way road to sg long....the design is change the one way road to two way? so we go to SILK by that road??? seem like this one is easier and cheaper

in fact i saw someone did that before "illegally" and i used to see some policeman waiting these culprit and catch them red handed ...

hahaha... new flyover (if there is) will be directly go into silk mah, twin palm one is U-turn, to and fro at least 4km already...   

hehehe.. how about RM 2.20 direct entry but RM 1 for 4km U-turn?

With another few thousand students from UTAR PJ and UTAR Setapak move to Sg Long next year onward, I forsee traffic jam will be big headache for residents ....Sg Long badly next additional enter-exit point to highway.

can't compare, the UTAR at Sg Long is a small building, and the new building is coming up soon, heard will be completed next year.

Sometimes it just doesn't make sense, Perak campus with so huge compound, cannot be just running 6 Faculty,
while  sg long branch are maybe just half the size of Perak branch, so how can it run 8 Faculty?

1. You will need to understand the market demographics. *Hint - How many students are willing to relocate to Kampar vs KL. Which target market is more profitable?
2. You will need resources to run the operations. *Hint - Demand and supply for lecturers in both Kampar & KL
3. You will need to maintain the operating cost.  *Hint - Maintaining single location vs multiple
4. How UTAR management works.
