how about those like SL4, palm walk...initially is not gated guarded, but the community there apply through authority then only set up the gated and guard house...possible in future the MPKJ will tear down the guard house too?

Personally think palm walk is good, gated guarded eith acces card, huge compound area of garden and playground, eventhough mote than 500 houses but still look spaicous due to land area is big

u mean the townhouse good view? very small, only 15x55, 3 bedrooms...and 400k above..rather top up to 600k to buy a real landed at palmwalk or SL4, 20x70 some even 25x75

ya, pure residential area wiht lot of high end landed surrounding....remember few years back palm walk is only guarded but no gated,recently the community is very strong until can set up the area with galvanic gate surrounding the whole palm walk with only 2 exit which guarded by boomgate with access card only...

is it? how much for upper and ground floor together selling price? is it in goodview also?

This are landed is performing better than landed, and quite a number of apartment/landed oledy...better dun built condo, built more landed..

bought a subsale at palm walk phase 1, 20x70, sale below market price at 550k...

just got to know that palm walk already become fully gated and guarded with access card in and out....very nice living place for family...this place reserve almost 30-40% for greenery garden...

ya..bought it below 600k last month..for me it's really good buy..where else can find <5 years old DSL with fenced and guarded access card in and out, freehold,1 km to University and hospital, 3km to AEON and commercial center, 6km to MRT station, 20km to klcc..no surrounded by factory, high tension tower or kampung area.....

Still ok la, now i live at mont kiara, also almost take me one hour during morning peak hour to reach kl city center area....eventhough the distance just about 8km....

Why, sg long not good meh? I know a lot of real boss who run some business live at sg long too.. Very nice reseidential area, dun see any low cost flat and factory nearby, why not sg long?

Personally really like sg environement...greenery, wide road...and yet not too far frm city...

anyway, along the road from UTAR to palm walk, there is a part like rubbish dumping area just beside the left side of the road..really an eyesore...and the landscape for sg long, realy need to maintain in good shape, saw some palm trees/coconut tree? like almost dying
