The one i called few weeks ago asking for 850K (negotiable) without renovation.

i just stay there for 4+ years. same feeling 4 years ago, it was kind of relaxing ... cold area and not much traffic. Now, it's quite jam during the morning (but it's moving slowly). Traffic jam also means more and more ppl start to move in this area.

Still acceptable if you ask me in terms of the jam. for those who want to move there, suggest you come take a look at the place first ... reading the comments here can be misleading sometimes.

SL 4 (Old one) ...

Intermediate without reno i think 580K kua ... if renovated, 650 - 680K. Somehow SL4 is still an old house la. Those who want to buy and stay for long term, better redo the piping, roof tiles and also may be the wiring. But land size is consider quite big for an intermediate nowadays (24x75).

I think it's the MRT station.

i would say depending on the timing u going out. i usually go out around 8:45 - 9am ... consider ok. I noticed nowadays also got police controlling the traffic at mahkota before 8:30am? need ppl who stay there to confirm as i only used once last week and it was so smooth

Lets hope they can widen the road. As for the pasar malam, or traffic light at the maybank, sometimes i don understand the ppl there. So persistent want to queue there before or after the traffic light. If u goin to pasar malam then not necessarry hav to queue at the traffic light. Can make uturn after utar or turn in from there. As for those wanted to go home like me. I will not take the traffic light at mbb there. I just go straight and eventually its faster. Just dun understand some driver who so kiasu that wan to cut queue then make the traffic worse.

My point of view for sg long traffic is acceptable ... anywhere in kl is jam....

i think it depends. sometimes still can be quite jam around 2030. And yea, at night sg long not much food ler ... better go BMC which is more happening now

let BMC have all the crowd is ok. i just drive there if i wanted to go to a more happening area. and usually i prefer peaceful environment

hmm ... that's of course top priority too bro. in fact last time we choose sg long over BMC also because sg long some how look & feel safer. But of course, sometimes u can't guarantee the safety issues one. Just recently BMC started to have those gated community. When i was there 5 years ago, very limited choices for gated community there. And doesn't mean we have gated community also we are safe lo ... the management also very important. And most importantly is our police man loo ... hope they able to do more petrol in our housing area especially when we are away to work. Time to have a better government? LOL!
