Actually that spot is the access road to TBS and TBS2, its quite and breezy at nite so some youngster like to lepak there, I do see our gomen enforcer chill out there at times. Playing crackers at this time of the year ? I doubt so. More likely started by a ciggy bud throw over the dried bushes.
