tough selling time nowaday for remaining units with premium raised. If you want new launch semi D, VCS development got project at kampung Bt 13 there. u can says its sg long east.

VCS is currently building the semi d and bungalow behind mahkota residence.

yes, the next upcoming is batu 13 hulu langat kajang there .

will Sg Long + BMC > Setia Alam in future?

heard not enough budget to complete the remaining works

i am not sure....looks like construction just stop...the entry road still not put the tar yet...and the school looks empty...last i read still need about 1million plus to complete the rest of construction and also purchase the things for the school...

but no any party or committee ask for fund raising...

i dun think the school open can ease the traffic..as many other areas like balakong/cheras batu 11 parents will sent their kids to this school...

it's not under develop, in fact sg long and mahkota is almost fully develop...

it's similar with kinrara, with golf course as center of the township, but kinrara is a mixture of chinese+malay+indian..sg long and mahkota mostly chinese...and commerocial at sg long+mahkota is more happening compare to kinrara..

kinrara commercial is depend on puchong and sri petaling area...the commerical at kinrara is consider dead.....

if sp setia is the major developer for sg long +mahkota...it will be evn more succesful compare to current as sp setia is good in township planning and well take care on the infrastructure and landscape at public area...

that one not consider huge land..most likely only can built small scale projects...

they should look at the traffic issue there first. this morning i sent my MIL to pasar pagi, the jam starting from the traffic light till after the shell station. Nasi lemak still quite good business even though the jam... hahaa

Let's count :-

1. Sg long ( before shell station ).
2. Turn into Mahkota Cheras.
3. Turn into Rakan Cheras.
4. Cheras Kajang highway 1 ( before bridge )
5. Cheras Kajang highway 2 ( after bridge ).

If go to balakong side of the silk highway :-

6. Turn into balakong Traffic 1.
7. Turn into balakong Traffic 2.
8. Cars stop in the middle of road to do right turn.
9. ...

I know you are staying in sg long and I am not ( kakaka ... ) but I suspect you use the road when it's not so peak lar. I already don't like the BMC traffic light because it can jam upto the sg long traffic light. 

So much VO claimed until out of budget ? It's just a small school ... tender commitee must answer.

hahaa ... we complain also no use jor, but i still like to stay in sg long (really donno why) despite all the complains 

Yesterday after work, after the shell station want to turn into the MBB there, the traffic light is crazy due to pasar malam. Then on every thurs (if not mistaken), can try to avoid turning into the shop houses there too. The parents sending their children to the tuition center is the king of the road!

if sp setia own this...for sure belwo few things will happen

1. built a direct link to cheras kajang highway with no traffic light
2. beautify all the landscape surrounding sg long+mahkota..now the landscapes trees look dying..
3. built tenby international school...

sunrise and sime darby also not bad...

have to say that all these major township developers are GLC...

easy to get authority approval to built the infrastructure...
