Ya, the bump already slow down the traffic.  I just hope they can build an access road to silk highway instead of need to u turn at Twin Palm there to get to the Mines. Or better still, built another road to Bukit Sg Long.

Nothing attractive in Sg Long, but I still chose it bcos of exclusive G&G area and pleasant living environment.

the srjkc looks almost complete..when it operate..this area will attract more chinese buyers especially those with family..basically this area got everything..

from primary school to univerisity...wet market, kopitiam, AEON, lots of shoplots....very convenient for family stay...

ya, right now getting new landed launch at sungai long or BMC...mostly condo...

I prefer stay at Taman Rakan-Rakan, Taman Bukit Suria, Taman Suria & Cheras Idaman, cos there already have a new traffic light at the Mosque junction but not yet operate. Soon will be suffered with another traffic jam from sungai long to kajang highway

Sg long still have golf club land about 400 acre . In future they might turn into residential ..

ya..iremeber there is one furomer complaint that he/she stayed at kajang and work at melati area, avarage spent 1 horu to reach home, with this hgihway, he/she will need spent maybe 15-20 minutes to reach home...

The main issue is item 1, not so much of item 2.

To make a U turn, no other bigger construction is needed, it's a cheap way out.

I think the proper solution is to build a interchange to join SILK without needing a U-turn. This will be a much more expensive solution. Funding will then be an issue.

No part in this link mentioned about access road or interchange, only U-turn suggestion is denied.

From SILK (Balang direction), you can enter Sg Long via the access road at Bukit Sg Longwithout waiting for traffic light in front of border of BMC & Sg Long.

When exit from the access road, go to the underpass built by Twin Palm and pay RM1/- to Balakong

Flyover definately good however developer won't pay the bill, anyway still don't know why government rejected the access road proposal.
