hi guys,
i'm pretty new in body building. recently, i've managed to gained at least 6-7 kgs in a month. now i'm 63-65kg, 171 cm. now, after more than two weeks plus, my body mass has been stuck on that range. I usually do workouts for an hour at least, and just take post workout diets that consists of ON whey milkshakes. the rest of the day i just eat normally as i'm a really picky eater with poor appetite. oh yeah.. im an ecto as well.
what could i do?
