definitely diet and HIIT
I eat alot of vegetables and lean chicken breast and whole eggs for breakfast and dinner without using any oil to cook, protein shakes, fat burner, l carnitine and essential oil.
do alot of isolation training, giving your muscle enough rest and skipping ropes and sprinting... I train twice a day, once in the morning before breakfast and once before dinner...

its definitely not easy, but every morning after wake up when i look into the mirror, its always the different person biggrin.gif a more muscular, leanar person than the one yesterday biggrin.gif
