QUOTE(gtoforce @ Apr 29 2011, 01:41 AM)
we went thru the same phase bro (was 120kg and 48" waist before)
but defining the chest and biceps will be hard bro
still seriously, good job there
achieving that in 7 months is really a feat
mind sharing what u did?
*
i have quite defined chest just my abs have too much skins wink.gif

havent had time to post an updated pic wink.gif

for the past 7 months there is 4 months i was injured due to neck whiplash so what i did is just push up 300x a day and calorie counting (very meticulous) and no outside foods mainly homecooked protien diet wink.gif

and the remaining months i train 5 times a week first 2 months cardio and weight and diet then now i m on weight training and diet smile.gif trying to lower my fat level to single digit before i bulk.

wink.gif

for me i think its just dedication and to stick with the plan sometimes i demotivated u know when i dont see progress anymore ... currently i m on my 8-9th month havent lost a single gram ... and not much defining either due to too much skins i had.... onli thing i gain that i can see is strength from initial benching 20kg now i m doing a solid 65kg-70kg depending on my food intake
