Before i started my workout, I weigh about 120kg. Now im alternating each day between cardio and weight training. Rest day only on Friday. Carbs only post workout. Now, i feel healthy like never before. oh, i stop smoke too!!
You can do it too! Let other people say what they want! u need to be at top of your own game every single time! Your body is your own responsibility. Not them. |
