guys, wanna ask, wats the best workout for lower chest if the adjustable bench is not available? my upper chest is forming nicely with shoulder but lower chest lacks the bulk

unused carbo will turn into fats. excessive fatty food can make u fat too. having said that, if you have a metabolism rate like no other (good example would b swimmer michael phelps), it does not matter what you eat. but again, if you want to be like him, you have to swim like him.

it's damn hard trust me. especially when gene is not on ur side.
just have to work double hard. proper diet is essential.
