5 pounds lateral raise is a decent start. It's not tat u r doing 5 pounds dumbell curl.

to me, after my leg workout, my whole body feels like a tofu.

definitely not enough protein to gain muscle mass. alot of carbs.
calorie intake is poor too imo.
u r underweight bro, u should eat more before worrying about 6 packs.

hah i cook a few eggs and pack them and bring to office. best and easiest source of protein.
just eat in between hours.
