Yeah, until they hear about your 30 eggs/day habit.

I'm taking bets on when some dude gets killed on the flat bench at Fitness First at The Curve. The seat is being held together with only a single bolt. Ridiculous.

I'd recommend making your nut butter in small batches (ones you can finish within 2-3 days at most)--personally, I've found that the home-made stuff goes rancid fairly quickly. Probably because it doesn't have any preservatives in it!

Sushi???

What about some beef steaks?

We need a meat buffet!

There aren't that many around town which I think would be accessible to everyone (at least price-wise). Also, there's plenty of meat at the Rakuzen buffet! So much sashimi biggrin.gif

I'm under the impression that it's a pretty tough job. Almost entirely commission-based = lots of hustling and uncertainty about the size of your next paycheck.

You get what you pay for. I have yet to find a cheaper masseuse who actually gives a proper deep tissue massage.

true I think I've seen him and you are definitely not seasoned enough for such insane training volume. The answers lies in your pre-lunch super small meal and most subsequent inadequate meal sizes
