Definitely feel it!

I train for the pump and have learnt to leave my man ego out the door the moment i step into the gym. No more crappy form in attempts to please the audience(lets admit it, we've all been there). If anything, let them be awed an my vascular road maps! lol.

Remember, exercise if only 40% of the fitness equation. 60% is nutrition.

after over a month of waiting for my bb.com order, i decided to email them and ask what was going on. This was the reply I got.

Nitrotech already has creatine in it.

Get Nitrotech, or ON + Creatine Mono. They would both cost you around the same price since nitrotech is overpriced.

Personally, I'd recommend ON + Creatine mono. This isn't a nitrotech friendly forum, for MANY reasons.

no prob, thanks for directions to kaki gym.

The thing that i love most about TLS Fitness are their machines, complete in every way. They also have 2 free weight areas, one of which is really spacious.
The place isn't crowded even during peak time, and parking right outside their facility building is FREE.

definitely worth a look for anyone living around kajang.

25 whole eggs consumed since Monday.

It really helps in adding on mass, now I know what I've been missing out on.

lol. I managed to break 76kg after being off creatine for over a month for the first time.(weight went down to 74kg after coming off creatine and falling ill for a week, felt like shit.)

i <3 eggs.

There is no better.

Both should be used in your routine. Ez bar hits more of the outer head, and straight bar hits the inner. It also depends on how wide/narrow your grip is.

Bottom line, variation.
If this week you use ez bar for curls, next week use straight.

I have done 20 reps squats in my routines previously just to try it out. From what I could tell, the after burn is really something. Did no stick with it for long enough to notice any obvious gains, but I did feel that it gave my legs a much better pump that doing the usual pyramid sets for squats.

i wouldn't suggest doing arms right at the beginning of the week. You are going to have trouble with your other major muscle groups(chest, back..etc) later on.

Switch it to something like this:
Chest
Legs
Shoulder
Back
Arms

2 sets each is not enough. aim for 3-4sets.

if you follow the routine i suggested, you can maximize on chest and back, and still have enough left to go for more during arms because it is the last in the lineup.
