The average PT at a commercial gym doesn't know jack. You get better info from the internet. People like Terry, Wong Hong, etc, those are the kind of people whom i would take bodybuilding advice from.
See, the ironic thing is, Terry charges a mere 150 for consultation, but people would rather use that money to buy useless supps than actually just sit down and listen to advice which can be applied for life!
Seriously I'd rather ride a donkey naked through the desert with snapping turtles attached to my nipples than take bodybuilding advice from a commercial gym PT.
last time when i joined, terry's gym ade organise a yearly thing (or was it quarterly) about fitness and nutrition
die cerita la pasal body type - ecto, meso and endo and how to overcome these misrepresented facts etc
and also die cerita his diet masa die start bb'ing dulu
i dunno if ultimate gym still has that but its a good move cuz its free
die slalu kutuk i cuz im always caught with the fact that i just lost weight and always focused on losing more
damn...still tak free to pay the gym a visit after so long
