My questions:

Very simple.

1) Yes, but not limited to that, u can do dumbbell press, flyes, machine bench press, cable cross overs.
2) If you jog using ur chest, then it is enough
3) if you can eat enough, supplements are not needed.

seen some really big bodybuilder who came in and do their things with superbly high intensity and they went off within 45 minutes. I just hope our 2 hours can ever be as intensed
