Breakfast:
2 hard boiled eggs
4 peanut butter bread
milk with oatmeal

Teatime (10am):
2 roticanai / sandwich / hotdog bread (whatever sold in cafe)

Lunch (1 pm):
Chicken rice or chap fan

Dinner (6pm):
Chap fan or something else from hawker centre

Supper (when hungry):
Bread, HL milk sometime

Currently 19 yrs old, 181 cm & 55 kg.
Walk more than 40 minute per day to & from uni.
Home gymed.

Aim: Gain weight till 65kg & some nice looking but not too bulging muscles

Aduh bro, u work your 3 major muscle on monday? That's not gonna do it, spilt your bodyparts/days. Try to read/research some of the routine here in h&f

went to gym with my old training partner today, after 1 and half year away from the weights, seems like years of hardwork just went straight down the drain.

I don't count. Lol. I just know that I eat strict on week days and binge on weekends. As long as I can maintain a reasonable V shape, I'm happy cos will never compete.

John i went to average joe.. Geeeeezzz panas gile! But they do have better circuit machines then Kaki Gym, i cant breath in there, btw i nearly topple that cable lat pulldown machine, do max weight the machine goyang goyang, lol then i didnt let go slow enough my seat also went up abit lol.

told em that me and my friends we're studying Masters part time.

BTW i saw a few chinese dudes there, macho macho guns and shoulder, but legs... alamak, lol
