Wad wrong with Donkey server 1 - 5? I cant connect most of time due to full or time out and no matter wad time or when i connect still the same problem. Are u guys having the same problem as well?

Btw how can i get server update?

My emule slows down a lot these days, nonetheless still able to connect

OMG~! again.......i delete all my server list and update again with this URL (http://corpo.free.fr/server.met).
it just wont works. shows:

Sorry for the late reply. Since earthquake, I have stop running my eMule (I even have disable image display in firefox). Will try now, let you guys know later.

There is no problem connecting.
Emule is running fine.

And for the low ID issue, or could not connect to the server, try brute force connect(manual). Try a few time until you success.

P/s: I'm assuming that you guys have a amount of upload and download rate

I gain back my usual speed today. Top at 58kb/s (screamyx 512)

I haven't been able to connect to any server for the past few days, even if I succeeded, I'll have a Low ID. Now, I just enabled Obfuscation (my download speed seemed slower with it on previously, so I turned it off) and I managed to connect to DonkeyServer No6. Problem is, my downloads ain't moving I'm puzzled

i really dont understand something here. i copy the URL u guys give (http://esel-paradies.de/server/server.met). but once i click update, it shows "connected to 85.10.192.336 server meet from www.bigbang.to" why is not show like connected to esel-paradies.de?????

I guess what stevanistelrooy mean was, to right click on any server, and choose connect manually.

I suggest you to check your port forwarding/firewall/antivirus again. Since 0.47b, eMule not using the 4662/4672 (if you still using this, pls change it to other number) port anymore, it will randomly define a sets of port number.

2- no antivirus and firewall use in my PC.

i also try manual click on those 3 sever u r using. this is the result

i dont know where i have set wrong. it was running fine untill this happen only i update to .47c. but i still cant connect to any server.

How bout WinXP firewall? You should delete the old rules, and create a new one. If you search for "timed out" at the official eMule forum, theres some plently of thread regarding this issue, n most of the problem the users facing is bout their router, firewall or connection problem. n bout Dlink's router, there been report from users, it is not friendly with KAD traffic.. Maybe you can try not connect to KAD.

But seriously, I can't see anything wrong bout your settings, everything seems OK. If it is all eMule server down, there should be a report from the official eMule forum. Before this you are using a 0.47a VeryCD mods?

For port numbers, this is what I'm using:
TCP: 40741
UDP: 31161

OT: 1 of my friend was facing the same problem like yours, I help him to check.. Nothing much, I check his port forward, WinXP firewall, everything seems fine. So after that, I clear the serverlist, add it manually Donkeyserver myself, reconfigure it's dl/ul capacities, disable both update serverlist when connected to server/client, enable PO.. Yeap, can connect already.. I also said sorry to my friend, seriously I not really know what the cause bout this.

OT: IF this is cause of the earthquake, then is another story. Spoiler: Maybe, coz I just try to connect, I got a LowID. But I got a HighID after reconnect again.

Sorry bout my suggestion was not solve your problem and for my english too.

i just cannot connect from any server in the defult server list!
