QUOTE(gordonchin @ Dec 3 2010, 05:31 PM) Hi guys not quite sure whether this is the correct thread to ask or not but is this considered a formal attire? Excuse the shoe, I am replacing it with a black leather shoe. Is it suitable for a prom/graduation dinner? Thrashable attire.» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Does ALT line his jackets by hand completely(with pick stitching along the front)?
The thing with RTW is that they always come with very detailed linings and machine pick stitching. There's even piping along the front panels and seams. ![]() Added on December 9, 2010, 4:36 pm QUOTE(Grimm @ Dec 8 2010, 11:03 PM) Alright, thanks for the enlightenment. Durability? Nobody here actually wore out a suit before. You shouldn't worry so much on that. Focus more on drape.I really need to read up on materials. A lot of info on this thread about making suits and the construction/fit. Not much on the different types of fabric, fabric weight, durability, etc. This post has been edited by bloke1: Dec 9 2010, 04:36 PM |

It is still in prototype stage. Hitherto, it works perfectly well for flaccid cocks.
I'm going to call it the Jeremy tool. Added on December 30, 2010, 11:44 pm QUOTE(FusioneX @ Dec 30 2010, 10:31 PM) Brilliant invention, loke-chai! Johny ruler on a fly pick stitched with contrasting thread. Would you like to try one? I'll personally come over and measure yours for an appropriate scale to be used. Now go and have it patented before SF-ers copy your idea and start comparing their measurements (and god forbids - with pictures included) in the fora. IMO what really matters for most people would be the weight of the cloth and drape. Stay away from something too soft. Stretch the cloth. Is it stretchy? Crumple the cloth and let rest. Does it wrinkle much? Examine the fabric in natural light. Is it glossy?

Serge weave is your typical cotton chino weave. In terms of touch, it won't be much different from normal weaves. In the end, all boils down to the type and fineness of the cloth itself.
