Judging by the performances at this world cup, ..

Gerrard     : is off-colour by his own standards
Johnson     : is average
Carra        : is really slower
Kuyt          : is actually pretty good
Torres        : is not a miracle cure
Reina         : has a good chance to become Spain's no.1
Krygiakos   : deserves more first-team appearances
Mascherano : is a key player and should not be sold
Rodrigues   : is still good enough to play regular PL football
Agger         : is a key player
Skrtle         : is over-rated

i tot casillas(1981) is 1 year older than both reina n valdes (both 1982)?plus valdes is the third keeper for spain..so what do u mean by very young??

At least Torres got some assists, involved in Iniesta's ultimate goal, and unlocked defences for villa to score...remember David Villa chipped a goal from just after the half way line after the keeper tried to cleared the ball away from the rampaging torres?

He did have a better WC than most of the players in the Nike advertisements... Especially the ones with the blue jersey.

I hope he just have a minor hamstring pull...so at least he will be back in the cruncher against Arsenal.
