Hey guys, how do you take care the wood on AT series like ESW9.. there is a layer of something, scared if used those wood conditioner outside might damage it.

gosh, fall in love again with my w5k after i heard my friend's diy setup, nvr knew w5k can sound this good

ps: but diy setup just too risky for me, donno will fry my w5k or not lol

woody actually needs lots of juice to fly.. i still am not sure whether i have heard my vtg at full potential yet..
currently on my pmod + hippo amp.. im probably juicing out about 40% of tis capability only..
does the power handling spec of vtg 2000mW, means i need to feed it about 1k+mW to sound nice?

me.. i just lightly wipe with damp cloth and dry it, kept in the hippo box + silica gel.
dont really wanna touch the wood surface, especially the wordings..

with that spec, i think only ath ha5k can feed ur hungry monster, that's a diy tube amp

surprisingly w5k sounds great with tube amp, refined mid and more warm

yeah i think is time to listen on it....

bro is better not to use a oil to apply to the wood. cause will get darker..i would advise to use a soft cloth to wipe after use. and do no explose the headphone went is not use it is better put inside the case. do not flash direct to sun or light...

just bought CKM90 IEM....the sound signature is much improved from my previous sherwood se777....not too much bass and can used for quite a long time without feeling 'fatigue'....

sq improvement is not really that significant tho.. mid-tier produce most of the details already.

but now, i'm kinda torn whether to burn-in this iem or not since many of the reviewers said that no need to burn in for balanced amature iem....for me the preliminary sound is quite ok though......

I think BA drivers don't really need burn in for long, after 24 hours it is the same till now, 1 year of usage.

now also i feel it sound different d... A1000 pad cost how much wor roughly?
