I have a question, I am currently using an Harman Kardon AVR 25ii receiver, I am not quite sure what it is other than that it has an amplifier. I am using it to drive my W1000x, somehow the sound is different a little, more balance in background instrument that it is more audible than direct output from PC.

Anyone care to clarify what is the Harman Kardon device here? I am also experiencing imbalance left/right volume.

I think BA drivers don't really need burn in for long, after 24 hours it is the same till now, 1 year of usage.

I like to ask about W5000 series, how would it differ from W1000x from your experience? Care to share about your impression?

And for the comfort wise, will it be more comfortable on W5000 with leather? Will be using only pico dac/amp to pair with it for now. Is there some difference in terms of sound signature or listening preferences (for classical/rock/pop/gaming etc)?

Can it run other phones as well? Can you share your experience as compare to yamamoto, I have tried with W1000x but not really mind blowing.

No idea on what is a Wolfson DAC chip, but read from other threads in Head-fi that it is a chip in dac like pico.

This will do well for use as a source .
