For our existing smartplan phone bundles. Legend, Blackberry. But only for the outlet in Lowyat and Sg Wang. It's a dealer promo.DG Smart Plan For Android, "The smarter plan for smartphones"

Bear in mind, this is not an official digi promo, but it's something initiated by the dealer themselves. So, I'll have limited knowledge of that other than some of the info I've heard.

QUOTE(feiraron @ Jul 9 2010, 12:38 AM) hi, Yep. Can opt for DG Family Prepaid.got a question here, i just want to know whether you can get a prepaid supplementary line with the digi smart plan? Added on July 9, 2010, 3:36 pm QUOTE(rockstar teddy @ Jul 7 2010, 06:29 PM) The new iDiGi plans should be viewed as a totally new plan, actually, since it's on a different pricing and payment model. The gist of it is that you end up paying more upfront but save more over time.Any way, questions about iDiGi should go to the proper thread instead of the Android forum. Cheers! @feiraron
Port from maxis postpaid to digi prepaid first? why wanna do that? You'll have to stick to digi prepaid for 3 months before you can change again due to policy. |

BonusLink being forfeited is here, actually, under FAQ:
http://www.digi.com.my/rewards/bl.do?sec=faq ...If you don't register by 25 August, your balance of DiGi Bonus Points™ will be forfeited. Anyway, if you have coverage issue in a particular area, you can always highlight this to me via PM with your contact number and exact address of the location. I'll be able to liaise directly with the coverage guys. I'll have to admit, DiGi isn't perfect. I guess we can always charge for exceeding data quota to get more $$$ to invest in infrastructure... |

2nd fiddle? http://digi.com.my/iphone4
Anyway, for devices, I believe digi can't play the same game as maxis/celcom, since we do not have the same resources as them. |

Phone subsidy ain't cheap. Also, operational efficiency is pretty much the keyword nowadays compared to a few years ago.
I'll leave the device strategies to my expert colleagues lah. It's their KPI anyway. What do I know about devices. I'm just the web guy |
