Easy smile.gif

1. Log into http://www.digi.com.my/ocs

2. Click on "Forgot Password"

3. Key in your DiGi mobile number.

4. Wait for SMS from DiGi with the temporary password.

5. Log in!

With OCS, you can always check your bills and have a webchat with our customer service reps.

Hi guys. I just switched from Maxis to Digi RM68 smart plan, done in 1U Digi Specialized Store earlier today, should be expecting my sim to be activated by tomorrow night I guess.

I paid RM68 in advance for the first month payment, but the question is:

I plan to walk in to the Digi Retail Store in SS2 maybe on monday and sign up for the 1-year contract plan for a HTC Legend. Do I have to pay another RM68 + RM300 + RM1399 again?
*
Hmm. Let me check with my colleagues. If you do pass by SS2, no harm asking at the store there.

Tell you what, bro. Can PM me your number? I'll get someone from Customer Service to contact you.

In the meantime, I'll try to get confirmation from my smarter colleagues.

Which Digi Center or Specialist Store still got stocks for Legend???
*
Our 5 retails stores. The rest DiGi have no direct control on stocks.

1. Berjaya Times Square (very often packed with people)
2. SS2
3. Solaris Mont Kiara
4. Bukit Tinggi
5. Api-api

Might be a tougher fit if you're wearing some tight jeans though. And will probably bulge out significantly from the pockets of office slacks.

@andrekua
Yes, I'm actually digi's webmaster.

Smart Plan is actually a postpaid plan with emphasis on data. So you can't hook to call plans into a single number, bro.

To opt for the phone bundling package, you must change your plan to DG Smart Plan.

But when you change plan, your supplementary lines remain unchanged (still on DG Family Prepaid/Postpaid).

Besides that, if the principal line is on DG Smart Plan, the supplementary plans offered are still the same as DG50.

Why so eager to be tied down with contract? Just get the phone and then opt for a plan lah. No hassle.Cheaper as well. You kira lah. How much in total you will have to pay in total over the course of your contract compared to you buying the phone and then go for a plan

As far as I know, digi won't be playing the same game as maxis in offering every single new phone.

Hi Sweetpuff, any update from Digi for HTC Desire and Galaxy s?

hope u can feedback this to ur company.
*
Nope. No updates. Phone subsidies are rather costly and of course digi won't have the same financial capabilities like the other 2 big telcos.

And I think we'll only focus on certain devices and not every other new devices in the market.

Never a good time to buy top of the line phone, if you ask me. You buy Desire, then just round the corner will be Incredible, Wildfire etc...

One thing I learn about Digi is that they don't follow the trend, they make the trend. Why the need to introduce Desire when Maxis already offer that? I'd be anticipating that Digi would make a smarter move and bring in Nexus One or even iPhone 4. Now wouldn't that make anyone slobber? biggrin.gif

Aiyo, Digi gives so much dividend away. Maybe its time to rewards the users instead of shareholders. After all, its us whom Digi is building a fortune.

I wouldn't want to be caught up in the rat race. I've already decided in my mind to get myself Legend even though Desire came up hot in the wishlist. I'm being realistic when I say that in 6 month or less, people won't mention about Legend nor Desire in the same breath as iPhone 4 or HTC Evo.
*
Truth... it's sad, I know.

*
Yep. I play BC2, MW2 etc... still young at heart mah...

But why defeat the purpose to sign up for smartplan?

can existing users of other android phones sign up with taking any of the packaged phones??
*
Of course. Basically any phone can use this plan, but bear in mind, it's a data focused plan, meaning if you use data a lot and very little calls, you'll save. Else you're better off going for a postpaid plan and add in a data unlimited plan if needed.

thanks!

one more questions, can you confirm whether prepaid balance can be carried forward to offset some of the charges when we switch over to smartplan?

coz there's 2 contradictory answers on the pg 1 faq
CODE

10. What will happen to my credit if I am a DiGi Prepaid customer converting to DG Smart Plan?
A. We would advice you to use your credit and leave RM10 before conversion as the credit will not be brought forward/tranferred.
34. If I convert my DiGi Prepaid to DG Smart Plan, will my credit be carried forward?
A. Yes, your credit (up to RM500) will be carried forward and be used to cover your coming months' bills.

*
Hmm. Where did you get the FAQ from? As far as I know, #10 is not in the smartplan website. But definitely your prepaid credit will be carried forward. Up to rm500, ya.
