BSN true mass 5lbs , or muscle juice 200+ as well but 10lbs. I study tat, muscle juice seems to have quite an amount of sugar inside aeh?

Gaining muscle while losing fat. This is all in ur diet buddy, and u got to lose overall bodyfat in order for u to lose those bulging looks of ur tummy. There is no such thing as spot reduction.

Somehow our tummy tends to store the most fat, if u compared to our delts, there store less fat.
No, Squat, deadlift, bench press will give u bigger muscle. Ur muscle shrink only if u r in catabolism state. |
