damn.
I doubt anyone will reply you.

I'll just wait for gadgetworld2u to supply the fenix

but others... you gotta depend fully on reviews. laugh.gif  rclxub.gif

unless you're in melaka then you can have a look at texantel shop to see how things work

ever considered Fenix PD40? rolleyes.gif

Tested the PD40. The light is kinda floody hence making it less bright compare to PD35 even at 1600 lumen. Wanted to try something more power now. tongue.gif

Can't help getting poison in getting the nitecore EC11.
3 inch cute and can churn out 900 lumens. Damn and they have to put in a red light no sense not to buy!

I am a sucker for this chili padi. No regret tho. Still drolling.

I have the M2X-UT and Nitecore TM16 enroute from GearBest.
This will be my first Nitecore and really hope it won't dissapoint me,

Haven't been following this thread for years.
So nowadays, where do local flashaholics hang out virtually?
*
shocking.gif drool.gif Sweet! Do update once you receive the light which is the better one.
The TM16 I think is almost the same price with the Fenix 75C. Is this light much better?

Finally got my Sky Ray Kung XM-L2 U2 7 x CREE arrived.

I am very impress by this USD$39 torch. Not having high expectation as I just wanted to test out some cheap light given the over rated 7x LED, turn out the built quality and light output is brighter than anything I owned. Combining all my light, this light outshine then all and for the cost, I am speechless. Comparing to my friend previous model Sky Ray 7x T6, is no contest at all. Haven't try with the TM nitecore and fenix similar light though. Highly recommend for bro who on a budget and want to get high lumens.

Bro, not a tech flash guy, how do I identify solid pill vs hollow?
For PWM high mode not visible but low light there is slight.

ah sad... pwm

oh well
to identify solid or hollow, leave it on high for less than one minute and you'll be able to feel warmth
that's the crude way to test
to make sure then you disassemble the front and pry the LED board to see if its hollow sweat.gif
*
Hmm can't open as it is too tight. It does feel warm after just a brief moment.

Probably most obvious different is design. But then there is so many clone of clone.
Some are good and some are bad. Very depend on luck when ordering this lights.

I though I can start playing with my M2X-UT and TM16 this long weekend in Singapore, but the haze here is just terrible this past 2 days.
At least in KL the thunderstorm in the morning or late afternoon managed to clear some of the haze.

Build-quality wise, to me Nitecore still 1 rung lower than those lights made by Olight and Fenix. Maybe I'm just a bit biased as I have some lights made by these 2 brands since 2007/08 that still working fine.
Nitecore is also very stingy with accessory for their TM16 when their other EDC lights like MH20, EC4, EC11 are generously equipped.

For now, have to do with size comparison only with my other lights here.

Label of the LED model and lumen to get quick reference for test comparison. Also I put my contact as I am careless and had so far lost 3 of my good lights. sad.gif

Lowered my price to RM300 sale price.

Would have bought from you if I don’t have the same profile floody light the Acebeam X80.
None the less is the best value light for the price vs lumens!
Good luck bro! smile.gif

My first light for 2018.
Utorch U2 in 5000K neutral tint, although to my naked eyes seems like 4000 to 4500K tint

Pity it’s almost impossible to buy Li-ion battery from China and HK now as I only have 2x 26650 batteries.

On a separate note, the Massdrop-made copper AAA light, which is loosely based from the Lumintop Tool light is available from the drop.

Utorch U2 is cool single cell thrower. Good buy!

I am quite skeptical buying Li-ion battery from China due lot of imitation out there. I will feel safer buying local and pay a bit more from reputable seller.

Below is my first 2018 ligjt the Convoy L6 6000k.
Had consider this light a long time and no regret. Budget light with premium quality. I actualy love the size and weight. At turbo i can finally keep on this mode without have to worryi about the heat at all handheld. Bright and powerful.

Good catch on the Convoy L6.
Convoy can really makes affordable lights at budget prices, without sacrificng the quality.
My 2 Convoy S2+ have been dropped so many times by my wife and kid, but they are still working fine and the anodizing are still pristine.

Where did you get the 2 protected 26650 batteries for your L6?
Used to get my Li-ion batt from Banggood, HK Eqpt, eBay and even Gearbest before they stop shipping the batt to Malaysia
*
Yup, this is my first Convoy and must say quite impress with it. The anodizing and finish is really superb. Will definitely look out for more light from convoy.

I usually get my battery from mudah/lelong from a guy idiscovery. Trusted seller.
