Went to Kettler yesterday and checked their treadmills. It's too expensive for me to buy...
So I saw a stepper. Will it do any good to me as an equipment to do exercise at home?
TQ.
Is Stepper a good exercise equipment?

I would suggest u to get a skipping rope instead. It is cheap, stationary and safe.

Steppers are my fave equipment in the gym.. you can adjust its resistance and build calf strength, and also a good cardio workout to burn cabs at the same time.
