Went to Kettler yesterday and checked their treadmills. It's too expensive for me to buy...

So I saw a stepper. Will it do any good to me as an equipment to do exercise at home?

TQ.

I would suggest u to get a skipping rope instead. It is cheap, stationary and safe. smile.gif

Steppers are my fave equipment in the gym.. you can adjust its resistance and build calf strength, and also a good cardio workout to burn cabs at the same time.

And it's low impact. Doesn't screw your joints
over. I agree skipping is a great exercise but

I can't skip. Grrr...
