I thought u implied that RM130 is for MW2.

You can find people selling MW2 for RM100 to RM150 in garage sales but it's just the key from AMD5800 series GPU.

Erm, key for MW2 is a no-no for me.
Heard that Kotick is asking Valve to ban such keys.

Depends I would say, if the person got it free from buying a AMD GPU and then just wanna sell it because they not interested or they already have the game, I think it's ok.

He can't just banned someone for getting a free gift.

*Is regifting possible in Steam? Just curious to know. Let's say Deimos gift me L4D2 but I already have L4D2, can I gift it to someone else?

if i gift via send email, then yes u can forward the email to someone else.
they just need to click the link in that email.

cannot gift directly to your steam account if u already own that game in your steam account.

I used to have that urge but now I can't be bother as manuals are getting thinner to non existence. (Ubisoft is gonna do away with manuals according to some news I read) Original retail games looks like pirated versions.

Plus easier to carry around if using Steam or Impulse or GOG, just install the whole thing in my PC and never worry about it any more.

I just attached my Warcraft 3 to BattleNet. Now like Steam can be downloaded any where.

Actually I'm worried about my HDD...

1 TB almost gone.
Planning to get 2TB soon....

And also because my COD : WAW is retail, so I'm planning to get retail version for all the COD series.

No wonder, same here for my GTA4, ME series and Dragon Age.

Similarly my 2.5TB HDD is getting filled up. Next upgrade will be 2x 1TB HDD or 2x 2TB HDD coz I wanna do RAID.

I sold of my COD1 series so I can buy all of the COD from Steam later when it's super duper cheap.
