I suggest:

1) Set it as no block. Means you can walk thru other ppl. No ppl can block you.
2) Set a permanent map or able to "rock the vote". Means ppl can vote to choose a map.
Coz some time there is only a small group but the map is too large. I strongly suggest to permanently change to de_dust map.

1) limit to 16 players only. Lag sial.
2) exchange team one time before change map
3) limit 3 sniper in a team

I STILL HATE PPL PUSHING ME WHEN I RUSH !!! ... *scream*

If can, plz add admin, coz there is ppl spamming noises or team kill on purpose. Need to boot those ppl.

We started around 12 midnight. Ended up more than 10 ppl at a point.
I'm not saying that it will always start around that time.
You need to go to the KGM chatroom. Ask around if anybody is available to play css.
