DoW2 is worth playing, especially The Last Stand and the campaign.

Multiplayer wise, it kinda suck a bit due to GFWL, as it lags a lot on 3v3. Well, you have The Last Stand to play, along with normal 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3.

For 19.99USD, i think it's worth it.

Shouldnt have gotten CS:S.

It's not that easy to learn, compared to TF2. Prepare to get pawned a lot online before becoming good.

Well said, impulse buying will end up with some games you never touch.

ie: Dragon Age to me. Didnt expect the addictive BFBC2 Beta comes after i got it.

The best way to find out is, change to List View in Library and look for a "cloud" icon beside the Favourite column. Games which have the "cloud" icon is using Steam Cloud.

MW2, TF2, L4D2, Torchlight, CS:S are just a few games who use Steam Cloud.
