Sometimes its like that , some staffs are good and some are bad ones. Well it all boils down to you , the problem with them is that they dont have a centralised system

Passed my application for Collunipack and new Homeline last Tuesday.
Paid for the phone and already take the phone as well.
Been waiting for technician to call but nothing so far.
And i terminated my old streamyx and homeline last Friday at another branch.Took the conformation slip.(Still not terminated, using now)

I am new to this hostel and the previous who stayed in my room subscribed too but he still haven terminate it because he want to transfer his line back to hometown. So i have 2 line in one house. There is nothing wrong with kind , even I was kind. Well sometimes putting these guys in your pocket will be handy. You gotta tackle this way. Most of you guys are young , that explains why you're raging. Think wisely , if you have his number and something goes wrong with your phone line , you know who to call as calling 100 is pointless. Their system takes forever to update and forever to assign a tech.  A lot of people complain , basically if its written RM 30 and you pay RM 40 extra and have his number , ummm he can help you with phone line related problems. Same goes with your streamyx tech guy. Put him in your pocket and if you have issues with your port , just give him a call and get it done

hmm... i say it's kind because my family is also kind... but everytime only after i did it only i review what i did. lolz... my wiring is actually done, everything done, the technician just plug into the port. Rm30. He says if want new wire, rm50 but my dad say rm20 not money arh? then go for rm30. hahaha

Sometimes confusion can occur which can cause this problem. You better deal with TMPoint. You should stick to one

Premium IP and capping at 5Mbps ? Well gone with those days hereby it used to be easier to do it. Now days it seems to be pretty hard to do it.
