I had my phoneline done last week, but another malay guy called me yesterday and told me he was coming to my house to install homeline, he had all my details but the phone number assigned was wrong. Of course i said no XD

1. Can I upgrade from my existing streamyx?
According to official TM response, it is possible to upgrade smoothly as long as the applicant is eligible. However as our experiences tell, it is not always possible.
Situation 1: The streamyx belongs to an eligible student's name. Smooth upgrade is possible. No termination, no quarantine, no downtime. Conclusion: GOOD

Im under situation ONE.
I just went to TM Point DU. It's so pack! The front desk personnel gave me a form and asked me to fill in and get a STAMP from STUDENT WELFARE Department.

The form stated that 4mbps COMBO RM150, not RM100. Im curious. Is it the old form?

I just noticed that when I went back. Does it matter?

Im currently using 1mbps RM110 COMBO.

The personnel told me that they will take 3 days to do the upgrade and 1 month to get the NETBOOK.

I stay at Sunway Damansara 47810. Is 4mbps available in my area?

I terminated my Streamyx and applied Unipack on 22nd April. They straight away terminated my line and said that my Unipack will be installed/registered on May 10th. Until now MIPS and SAMS still don't have my details.

Is this the way it's supposed to be?

They cancel the order and you register it again?

if there's no 4mbps port available, anything we can do to make them add new ones? =/

I see, Because i have a situation that they install homeline and streamyx activation delay for 10 days already. In the mean time i cannot check for my
status online too. Plan to do exactly what you did to speed up the process.

Wont effect anything even thought the homeline is apply via the previous order?

Nothing found there.    I was apply 4mbps in the first place but my agent told me that my area port is full so change my application
to 1mbps. 

I give the consumer sales few more days, else i going to cancel and re-apply again. At least i can tell them someone success apply even when
their so call system down.

Btw did they show you anything after cancel the previous order?

Problem is nearest TMpoint to me is TMpoint setapak. Which is the one with alot of problem according you. Izit true?
