Need help to share contact for parque refurbishment

3 stadard size condo bedrooms, some uneven parque, some with stain,
older ones with molds (close to toilet) that need to be replaced.
Need new layer of "sylek" to make it look new.

Can some one give me a quotation based on the requirement?

Also, need advice on what is the best product to remove stain for kitchen/toilet tiles? budget constraint, not changing it, but rather want to give the old tiles the shine back. Thanks. smile.gif

to remove stain from kitchen /toilet tiles, u may try those tile cleaning acid, but be aware of what kind of tiles are you using because the acid might not be suitable to be used on certain tiles surface.

Thanks blastro, saw your thread earlier, i know DIY will be cost effective, but damn hardwork. i dun mind doing it if i got more time to myself. unfortunately, i also have some part that is already mereput, memang need to be replaced, which cant be just sand and varnished.

That's y need to get professional people to quote, and this shall be compared against either laminated flooring or 2x2 tiles. But because it's at mid high floor, and for bedroom, better to have wooden flooring than tiles so that once get out from bed, dun feel so cold...

but your thread memang very informative, thanks for sharing.

Ace has parquet blocks. It's not that hard.

Maybe I can rent your sander and DIY myself as weekend project, haha...
You said took u 1 month to dry??? from day 1 applying the varnish, need so long to dry ka?

If I need to repaint my wall, means I should do the floor only after the painting... then need longer time liao...

sure i would be happy to, just drop by PJ old town & let me know. the handi painter absorb vanish like a sponch, very easy to use just start from a corner & slide it to the end, then start top again but slightly overlap a bit previous layer.

i whack straight from the can, maybe its too thick, my uncle saw the result, its glossy, nice also not slippery, water can never absorb.

bro... paint wall the wall 1st if can... later paint drip ladder cakar floor. me paint wall, used to push/heret ladder, smoke, wear shoe, throw tools onfloor somemore. laugh.gif
