Thanks blastro, saw your thread earlier, i know DIY will be cost effective, but damn hardwork. i dun mind doing it if i got more time to myself. unfortunately, i also have some part that is already mereput, memang need to be replaced, which cant be just sand and varnished.

That's y need to get professional people to quote, and this shall be compared against either laminated flooring or 2x2 tiles. But because it's at mid high floor, and for bedroom, better to have wooden flooring than tiles so that once get out from bed, dun feel so cold...

You said took u 1 month to dry??? from day 1 applying the varnish, need so long to dry ka?

If I need to repaint my wall, means I should do the floor only after the painting... then need longer time liao...
