Yup, seems like wasted because no one actually work today & Saturday is always no work day ..

lol over here the holiday is always carried over. so no school on monday. Banks close on monday too

So lucky that the holiday being push forward to Monday...MY Labour Day got wasted just like that ...

btw, anyone playing Splinter Cell : Conviction (SC:C)??

laugh of the day: saw the fire engine rushing towards the Uni Residence as i got off the train back from Sydney...

The fire department here is very efficient....i was warned during induction that if the alarm gone off, the fire engine will come no matter how big or small the fire is...Alarm goes off = fire engine will come = $600 gone...

nah, it's only false alarm then they will charge u...

btw, NSW is $500...

oh, and the culprit was: unattended overcooked chicken...

Oh..poor fella...yeah..if they university determined that it's student's fault...then the student have to pay...
And since the alarms in the lab are linked to the fire department, if the fire was put off before they came, the uni have to pay $600 as well (ACT's rate)

it depends... i ve heard cases where if u own up straight away, the Residence would waive the fee...

Already May but still no news about BenQ laptops ...maybe BenQ are dishing out the laptop category ..if like that, then Acer/Asus would be the choice for Price:Performance laptop

The latest pricelist from Startec selling S42 for RM2499

Still got S42 ...can consider UNCLE already ...one of the most preferable 14" laptop under RM2,5k ...the spec still can fight those latest product but the heat is the main problem

mia, SCII can play ultra or high?

I play Ultra with a little lag..with high still can managed to got around 20~30fps ...i forgot to turn on EVGA while playing so cannot be accurate ....

Yup, want more FPS then go low but i guess medium would be fine...yours is low??..i play with medium before
